Another post from a walk around the garden. Here, a green anole clings to a post wondering what it has to do to get rid of the photographer’s attention.

I am not fond of these creaturs at all. I don’t know them well.

Ah, well we differ there. I like them quite a bit. The geckos here are cute, but the anoles have a reptilian look that I like. Plus they’re very mellow and not troublesome in any way that I’ve noticed.

I don’t mind them at all, just don’t like them. 😊🙄

Hanging on tight! The white of the post and the underside of the anole are fortuitous and the blend of greens is great.

And I also liked the one strong contrast being the green foot on the white post.

Yes it really did communicate a sense of the anole holding on tight.

so well, but think the photographer also was a significant contributing factor to this shot

Thanks for that, but I’m always appreciative of creatures that aren’t continually darting about, at least where photography is involved.

I agree with Terri, great contrast. I do like lizards, though. For one thing, they don’t always move too fast to photograph.

I agree. I’m a big fan of slow/not moving creatures for that reason!
