It had been a good while since I’d seen a turtle in the water until I spotted this one. It was cruising along at a leisurely speed, over the rocks and coral. I followed it for a while and then left it to meander on its way.

A favorite memory is from our stay at the Hapuna Beach Resort snorkeling out by the rocks. It was amazing!

You know, I haven’t snorkeled at Hapuna yet. I’ve been down to Wailea and Puako, just south of there, but not Hapuna itself. Might have to give it a go soon.

I really haven’t snorkeled a lot of times in my life. But when I do, and the water is clear, I love it! It was really convenient there at the hotel.

Snorkeling is one of my favorite things to do. I never know what I’m going to see, but almost always see something of interest.
