In this case, what’s looking up is a giant porcupinefish and it’s looking at me looking down. It looks friendly, but I would never wave a finger in its direction in case it thought it was a gift and kept it.

I do like the porcupinefish. They’re big and poisonous, but tend to look and act like shy giants.

They can grow to be big fish, but they have a somewhat shy and timid look. Not that I’m going to test how timid they are.
