
When I first saw this Scrawled Filefish, I tried and failed to get any decent photos, so I carried on swimming. When I looked behind me a bit later, I saw the fish following me as they sometimes do, and I got this photo.
Scrawled Filefish are not just curious looking, they’re also curious fish. They will often trail swimmers, checking them out.

When I swim I often look behind me to see if anything is following me. It’s surprising how often something is!

That ultramarine blue is such a cool colour (the stripes). And I do realise all my comments seem to be about the colours!

There’s nothing wrong with that! Colors are important. They resonate with us in many ways. Those blue stripes are spectacular when they catch the sun.
