There are a lot of tangs. The yellow ones are very popular for aquariums, but the don’t breed in captivity, so all of them have to be collected from the wild, most of them in Hawaii.

They don’t breed in captivity either, so all aquarium Yellow Tangs are taken from the wild, mostly Hawaii.

I don’t think people catch them for food. They’re pretty skinny and small.

They are so colourful, a bright yellow. The ones at the back won’t get much to eat

I am sure Dad had Tangs in his marine aquarium but don’t think they were yellow 🤔
