   That’s a pretty stocky heron, especially in the neck. Ours are much thinner.

      Yes, they are. I don’t see them as much these days as my schedule doesn’t work well with their’s!

      Thanks Julia. It’s a great spot to see herons and the water is very shallow and always changing too.
