   I don’t always appreciate what a beautiful colour a thistle flower is!

      Agreed. Mostly they’re considered a weed, but they’re still quite lovely in bloom.

         I suppose cos they can be invasive they are regarded as weeds, but I guess that is not the case in Scotland!
