Abstracts: Fish in the golden pools

Here are a couple of photos of small fish in the Golden Pools of Keawaiki. The gold color has nothing to do with harvests but is produced by the algae there.

Oh my gosh, Graham, how incredible to see the gold algae! I’ve never seen anything like it. Who knew algae could be this gold! Amazing.
