   I love being at the waterfront when the weather and water is windless! So still and calming. Usually it is early morning or at sunrise when I am down on the beachfront practicing Qi Gung.

      Often, the early morning is incredibly serene. No wind, flat water, and gentle light from the moon setting or the sun rising.
