They do at that. I wouldn’t want to discover them under the water though, at a high tide, when I couldn’t see them on entering.

It’s a popular beach with surfers and body boarders, so I do wonder how they fare!

Very common in good surf spots – like sharks.

They have them there occasionally too. A few years back, someone got bitten standing in just two or three feet of water!
