You have a few trees there it seems. Rainow Shower trees, or Golden Rain trees here, are such a pest species. I planted one many years ago and it took about ten years of digging out hundreds of seedlings
I don’t think it’s a problem here, though I know it used to be the official tree of Honolulu, but was banned in favor of indigenous trees or those brought by early Polynesians.

Gorgeous types of trees, Graham! I miss seeing both Jacaranda and palm trees. I love the image of Pololu Valley! 🌴
