This is the time of year when agave attenuata blooms here. When they do, they’re a magnet for bees, which bustle and burrow through the maze of blooms.
I couldn’t miss, there were so many. When I went to take photos several bees checked out my hair to see if it was another flower. They were sadly disappointed!

Thanks. It’s almost easier to get closeups, but there were so many bees I was bound to get a fair number in each shot!
