I was going to post here about how our power was back on and so it’s time to stow the battery-powered lantern that was our chief source of light these last few days. However, a new system looks like it’s forming in the central Pacific and it has the potential to reprise the events of last weekend. So I think I’ll keep the lantern handy, just in case.

It’s a good thing to have around. Puts out good light, works fine, and has good battery life.
