Some abstract water photos taken while walking at the harbor at Kawaihae. I started getting a little dizzy as the patterns kept changing with the gentle lapping of the water.

Tracks in the sand
I liked these crisp tracks in the sand at Pelekane Beach, clearly someone moving forward with authority.

Sprinklers
I see these sprinklers going on my way home from work, but only if it’s been a long day, as they’re on a timer. Usually I think, I must take a photos of those, but don’t because it’s late, I’m tired, and I just want to get home.
Last week, the same scenario arose and I was driving by, when I thought, ‘I’ll feel better taking the photos than I will rushing home.’ So I stopped, took photos, and did feel better. At least, until I drove past a police car and, looking in my rear view mirror, saw blue light flashing and heard the siren going. Luckily, he was after the car in front of me!
Down the tube
Yesterday, we removed the fuel hose storage tube off our old Peterbilt truck, to clean it. This is the view down it.

Abstract barrier
I posted (here) about how one of the concrete barriers at Mahukona Beach Park ended up in the water after some high swells. I took this photo from the edge of the parking area. It got my usual editing, but no added effects. This is just how it looked.
Palm tree trunk
I don’t know what kind of palm this is, so I don’t know if this is what the trunk is supposed to look like or if this is something growing on it. I’ve been digging around on the internet, but haven’t found the answer yet. Any ideas?
