Thanks Brian. I was surprised to realize I hadn’t posted Apapane photos before, but it’s one of those birds I see from time to time, but rarely manage to photograph.
Wow, Graham, what an amazing opening shot of the Mauna Loa eruption! The rosy florals are beautiful and I like the shot of the woman prepping the lei! I wasn’t able to comment or like from Jetpack on my phone, FYI.

The lei one was funny. No one wants to accidentally damage one of those leis! So unfortunate that you’re having all this trouble with comments.

Great selection, Graham. While I’m a big fan of erupting volcanoes, the soldier fishes and their pal have my top vote this week.
