Most of those look really pooped, as if their shells are too heavy. I’m glad people mostly stay away so they can rest.

They are heavy and on land turtles are very ungainly. In the water though it’s amazing how smooth and elegant they are.

If they’re around, it’s easy to see them without disturbing them. But there are always a few who have to be right next to them or sitting on them. I’d like to see them try that with a tiger shark!

Sea turtles are amazing creatures. We saw one on the south part of the BI years ago. Sadly people were getting too close. Beautiful idea for peace, Graham.

I think things are a bit better than they used to be. People are better informed and others are not shy of speaking up to those who aren’t doing the right thing.
